    Whisk eggs and milk; fold in everything.

  2. Step 2

    Divide between 10 oiled muffin holes.

  3. Step 3

    Bake at 170C fan for 22 to 25 minutes.

  4. Step 4

    Cool; fridge 4 days or freeze. 20 seconds in the microwave from frozen.
