    Mash, mix everything, rest 5 minutes.

  2. Step 2

    Twelve mounds on a lined tray; flatten slightly.

  3. Step 3

    Bake at 170C fan for 14 to 15 minutes.

  4. Step 4

    Cool; tin for 3 days.
