Method

  1. Step 1

    Boil the celeriac 20 minutes; add beans for the last 2. Mash with 1 tbsp oil.

  2. Step 2

    Caramelise the onions in the rest with sugar, 15 minutes; flour in, then stock and mustard to a gravy.

  3. Step 3

    Grill the sausages 12 to 14 minutes.

  4. Step 4

    Mash, sausages, gravy, peas.
