Method

  1. Step 1

    Heat the oven to 180C fan; line a 12-hole tin.

  2. Step 2

    Mix the dry ingredients.

  3. Step 3

    Whisk eggs, oil and yogurt; fold into the dry with apple and sultanas.

  4. Step 4

    Divide and bake 20 to 22 minutes.

  5. Step 5

    Cool; freeze in pairs, 60 seconds to revive.
