Method

  1. Step 1

    Cook the rice.

  2. Step 2

    Toss the chicken in cornflour; sear in the oil until golden.

  3. Step 3

    Add pepper, garlic, ginger (and chillies); 2 minutes.

  4. Step 4

    Whisk soy, vinegar, honey and puree; bubble to a gloss.

  5. Step 5

    Peanuts and spring onions in last; serve over rice.
