Method

  1. Step 1

    Cook the rice.

  2. Step 2

    Fry the pork hard in the oil until browned and crisping.

  3. Step 3

    Add garlic and ginger, then cabbage; stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes, keeping crunch.

  4. Step 4

    Add soy, vinegar, honey and chilli; toss.

  5. Step 5

    Serve over rice with spring onion.
