Method

  1. Step 1

    Cook the rice.

  2. Step 2

    Fry garlic (and chilli) in the oil 30 seconds; add the chicken and brown hard, breaking it up.

  3. Step 3

    Add beans and 2 tbsp water; 2 minutes.

  4. Step 4

    Season with soy, oyster, fish sauce and sugar; fold in basil off the heat.

  5. Step 5

    Serve on rice, fried egg on top if you're in.
