DIY instant noodles: miso, vegetables and noodles layered in a jar, finished at the kettle.
Quantities scaled from the original (2 servings).

Paste miso and ginger into the base of two jars.
Layer noodles, then vegetables and edamame; nori on top.
Chill up to 2 days.
At lunch: boiling water to cover, stir 2 minutes, sesame oil last.
