Method

  1. Step 1

    Roast the salmon at 200C fan for 12 minutes; flake.

  2. Step 2

    Cook the linguine; save a cup of water.

  3. Step 3

    Warm garlic in the oil; add creme fraiche, zest and a splash of pasta water.

  4. Step 4

    Toss pasta, watercress and salmon through; lemon juice, pepper, Parmesan.
