Crumbled tempeh in smoked paprika and lime, piled into corn tortillas with crunchy slaw.
Quantities scaled from the original (4 servings).
Tick ingredients off as you gather them.
Fry the tempeh in the oil until golden and crisp at the edges; 8 minutes.
Add paprika, cumin, soy and half the lime; cook 2 minutes.
Toss the cabbage and carrot with mayonnaise and remaining lime.
Warm the tortillas and fill with tempeh, slaw, avocado and coriander.
