Method

  1. Step 1

    Mix soy, honey and ginger; spoon over the salmon.

  2. Step 2

    Roast at 200C fan for 12 minutes, basting once.

  3. Step 3

    Boil edamame and peas for 3 minutes; drain and crush roughly with lemon, oil and mint.

  4. Step 4

    Serve the salmon on the smash with warm flatbreads.
