Method

  1. Step 1

    Soften onion, diced carrot and celery in oil; add garlic, puree and thyme.

  2. Step 2

    Add soya mince, soy sauce and stock; simmer 15 minutes, adding peas at the end.

  3. Step 3

    Boil potatoes, swede and carrot chunks 18 minutes; mash with oat milk.

  4. Step 4

    Top the mince with mash; bake at 200C fan for 25 minutes until golden.
