Method

  1. Step 1

    Feta in the middle of a baking dish, tomatoes around; oil, garlic, oregano, chilli over.

  2. Step 2

    Bake at 200C fan for 25 minutes until burst and golden.

  3. Step 3

    Stir in orzo and hot stock; back in for 12 minutes.

  4. Step 4

    Fold through spinach, basil and zest; rest 3 minutes.
