  1. Step 1

    Mix everything into a soft dough.

  2. Step 2

    Roll 12 balls and flatten onto a lined tray.

  3. Step 3

    Bake at 170C fan for 14 to 16 minutes until golden at the edges.

  4. Step 4

    Cool completely; keeps 5 days in a tin.
