Method

  1. Step 1

    Roast the oiled hake at 200C fan for 10 to 12 minutes.

  2. Step 2

    Crisp the chorizo; add crumbs and grated garlic, toast golden. Set aside.

  3. Step 3

    Simmer beans with sliced garlic 8 minutes; wilt in spinach, add lemon.

  4. Step 4

    Plate beans, hake, then the crumb and parsley.
