Method

  1. Step 1

    Whisk miso, mirin and honey; spread over the fish and rest 10 minutes.

  2. Step 2

    Cook the rice.

  3. Step 3

    Grill the fish 8 to 10 minutes until burnished and flaking.

  4. Step 4

    Wilt the spinach; toss with sesame oil and seeds.

  5. Step 5

    Serve fish on rice with the spinach.
