    Blitz peppers, walnuts, crumbs, molasses, garlic, cumin and chilli to a coarse paste.

  2. Step 2

    Stream in the oil; season with lemon and salt.

  3. Step 3

    Rest 30 minutes if you can.

  4. Step 4

    Serve with warm flatbreads and crudites. Keeps 4 days.
