Method

  1. Step 1

    Mix oats, oat flour, cheese, seeds, flax, baking powder and salt.

  2. Step 2

    Work in the oil, then water a spoon at a time to a firm dough.

  3. Step 3

    Roll to 5mm and stamp 16 rounds.

  4. Step 4

    Bake at 180C fan for 18 to 20 minutes until golden. Cool on the tray.
