Method

  1. Step 1

    Mix mince, grated ginger, spring onions, egg and panko; roll 20 balls.

  2. Step 2

    Simmer stock with julienned ginger; poach the meatballs 8 minutes.

  3. Step 3

    Whisk in miso off the boil; season with soy.

  4. Step 4

    Noodles and pak choi in for 4 minutes.

  5. Step 5

    Sesame oil and seeds to finish.
