A big jar of crunchy roasted chickpeas: smoked paprika, za'atar, or cinnamon.
Quantities scaled from the original (6 servings).
Tick ingredients off as you gather them.
Heat the oven to 200C fan. Dry the chickpeas thoroughly; toss with oil and salt.
Roast 30 to 35 minutes, shaking twice, until deeply crunchy.
Split into three; toss each portion in one spice while hot.
Cool fully; keeps 5 days in a jar.
