Method

  1. Step 1

    Bake the potatoes at 200C fan for 60 minutes.

  2. Step 2

    Mix tuna, beans, spring onions, yogurt and mustard.

  3. Step 3

    Split, fill, top with cheddar; grill 3 minutes.

  4. Step 4

    Toss celery and apple with oil and lemon alongside.
