Method

  1. Step 1

    Fry the sliced garlic in oil 1 minute; add tomatoes, olives, capers and chilli. Simmer 8 minutes.

  2. Step 2

    Nestle in the fish, cover, and cook 8 to 10 minutes until it flakes.

  3. Step 3

    Warm the beans with the whole garlic clove and 4 tbsp water; mash roughly with the extra virgin oil.

  4. Step 4

    Serve the fish and sauce over the mash, scattered with parsley.
