Method

  1. Step 1

    Fry the sliced garlic in half the oil; add tomatoes, beans and oregano. Simmer 20 minutes until rich.

  2. Step 2

    Fry the anchovies in the rest until melted; add crumbs and grated garlic and toast until golden.

  3. Step 3

    Stir zest and parsley into the crumbs.

  4. Step 4

    Serve the beans under a thick layer of crumbs, with bread.
