Blanched broad beans and peas over torn burrata with mint, lemon and grilled sourdough.

Blanch broad beans and peas 3 minutes; cool and slip the beans from their skins.
Dress with lemon, 2 tbsp oil, mint and chilli.
Rub the grilled bread with garlic.
Tear the burrata over plates, pile on the beans and peas, finish with remaining oil.
