A celebration side of salmon under a lemony herb-crumb crust; feeds a holiday table.
Quantities scaled from the original (6 servings).
Tick ingredients off as you gather them.
Heat the oven to 200C fan; line a tray.
Mix crumbs, zest, herbs, garlic and 2 tbsp oil.
Brush the salmon with mustard and remaining oil; press on the crust.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes until just cooked through.
Serve with potatoes and asparagus.
