Method

  1. Step 1

    Dredge the fish in flour, egg, panko; oil-brush.

  2. Step 2

    Bake at 210C fan for 18 minutes, turning once, until crisp.

  3. Step 3

    Toss cabbage and carrot with lime and yogurt.

  4. Step 4

    Warm tortillas; build with slaw, fish, yogurt and coriander.
