Gigantes-style butter beans baked in tomato, olive oil and dill; serve warm or room temperature.

Soften the onion in the oil; add garlic and oregano.
Stir in beans, tomatoes and sugar; tip into a baking dish.
Bake at 180C fan for 45 minutes until thick and blistered on top.
Finish with dill, zest and more oil. Warm or room temperature, with bread.
