Method

  1. Step 1

    Marinate the beef in pear, soy, sesame oil, garlic, ginger and sugar; 15 minutes.

  2. Step 2

    Cook the rice.

  3. Step 3

    Sear the beef in the oil over the fiercest heat, in two batches, 2 minutes each.

  4. Step 4

    Bowl rice, beef, kimchi and cucumber; spring onions and sesame over.
