Method

  1. Step 1

    Toss beans, apples, onion and rosemary in a tray with half the oil and the stock.

  2. Step 2

    Rub the pork with fennel, salt and remaining oil; sit on top.

  3. Step 3

    Roast at 200C fan for 25 to 30 minutes.

  4. Step 4

    Whisk mustard into the tray juices; serve with cavolo nero.
