Method

  1. Step 1

    Brown the turkey in the oil; add onion for 5 minutes, then garlic and oregano.

  2. Step 2

    Stir in orzo and stock; simmer 12 minutes, stirring often.

  3. Step 3

    Fold in spinach, zest and juice.

  4. Step 4

    Rest 2 minutes and serve with Parmesan.
