Method

  1. Step 1

    Toss potatoes, onions, oil and oregano in a tin; roast at 200C fan for 15 minutes.

  2. Step 2

    Add the seasoned chicken, orange slices and olives; drizzle juice and honey.

  3. Step 3

    Roast 30 minutes until burnished.

  4. Step 4

    Serve from the tin over rocket.
