Broccoli boiled soft with the pasta and mashed into a garlicky anchovy sauce; the trick everyone should own.
Quantities scaled from the original (2 servings).
Tick ingredients off as you gather them.
Cook the pasta; add all the broccoli for the last 6 minutes. Drain, saving a cup of water.
Melt anchovies in the oil with garlic and chilli.
Return pasta and broccoli; mash and toss with pasta water until saucy.
Lemon zest and Parmesan over.
