Tick ingredients off as you gather them.
Toss tofu in cornflour; fry crisp in the oil. Remove.
Noodles into the pan with a splash of water; 2 minutes.
Soy, maple and kimchi juice in; toss.
Off the heat: kimchi, tofu, sesame oil.
